FRACTIONAL VP of HR ( Part-time)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Vice President of Human Resources to support our clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will oversee all multiple clients and consultants in many aspects of the human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and building a successful HR function.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership to our clients and consultants by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development and while building the foundation of the human resources department.
Function as a tactical & strategic, human capital business advisor to the client & consultants.
Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Qualifications:
Required to have 5 years of HR consulting experience
5 years of previously leading & managing HR teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
10 years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
